Wine & Crafts Party
Looking for a fun and unique way to spend some quality time with your friends? Join us on the wagon for a wine & crafts party! Enjoy some kid-free time with your friends while you paint wine glasses and make wine charms. We come to your location and are there for an hour and 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
You invite a group of your friends (maximum of 12 adults) and BYOB (bring your own beverages and snacks) and we'll supply all the crafty fun!
Wine & Crafts Party Fee is $250 (plus tax) and $50 booking fee is needed to book the spot and is NON REFUNDABLE.
This party is for a max of 12 adults.
*The booking fee comes off of the total bill and is not an additional fee.
*The booking fee needs to be paid up front to reserve your date and time slot on the wagon.
*The remaining balance of the party must be paid in full one week prior to the date of the party.

The Creative Wagon plus the truck are 50 feet in length. We need a minimum of 50 feet of flat surface to park for a party or event. Hills, sloped or curved driveways are not suitable. If your residence is unable to accommodate the size of the wagon alternative locations such as a park, schools, churches or community centers may provide a better location.
*There is a $50 travel fee for any parties located 20-30 miles outside of Charlottesville.
**There is a travel fee of $75 for any parties located 30-40 miles outside of Charlottesville. We currently don't travel past 40 miles.
